Carizma Motors Marketing

Having a more visually appealing and professionally designed brand is an excellent way to differentiate from competitors. It creates a more established image that communicates credibility. I took many steps to elevating the brand including a new logo design, website, business cards, print materials, and commercials. I focused on all customer access points and improved the process from the advertisement (Awareness) to the Application (Conversions on our website). All Marketing, Advertising, Video Production, Web Development, and Graphic Design is done in-house.

 

In addition I also setup a program to support local charities called Carizma Cares; some initiatives include volunteer work, vehicle giveaways, backpack drives, donations and more.

Step 1 - Efficient Conversions

Improve the Website UX/UI & the Conversion Method

The primary goal of any business is to increase its sales and increase the growth of the business. UX/UI Design plays an essential role in achieving this goal. Step 2 - Improve Awareness & Trustworthiness

Improve Advertising & External Access Points

I turned my focus to the customer access points, advertising, search engines, and social agency. I added Google Business locations and Dynamic Google Search ads to improve search results, added/improved social agency pages for better trustworthiness, and created dynamic video ads to create more awareness/credibility more efficiently.

Many marketers shy away from creating video content for one simple reason: it has a reputation for being expensive to produce. The reality is that producing great video content can be surprisingly cheap, and simple productions like this can be done in a few hours of work.

Video ads merge two things that catch user attention: movement and sound. Both of these play an important role in conveying an efficient message, hence leading to better engagement.

  • 27.4 times more likely to click-through online video ads than standard banners
  • Almost 12 times more than rich agency ads

Step 3 - Make Adjustments based on KPI's

Conversion Data & Efficiency

The ad development strategy was to utilize a shortened funnel to create awareness, to inform, and influence intent all in one quick video ad. This was done removed any unnecessary road blocks that would cause a potential customers to go astray. It is recommended types of ads will need to be monitored and the videos updated several times a year.

Customers reach out and inquire about a vehicle they saw on FB Marketplace and Ads. With an integration with podium we are able to easily communicate via Text with all these customers. This helped reduce the full credit applications at an average of $35.00 CPCon over Facebook & Google within the Lubbock DMA.

Local Initiatives

Carzima Cares BR

I setup the program Carizma Cares to support local charities/communities; some initiatives include volunteer work, vehicle giveaways, backpack drives, donations and more. I created a brand for this division and submitted press releases to the surrounding new agencies support the different causes.

I also created and ran the vehicle giveaways that we did in 2019 and 2020; and all the local news organizations (KCBD, KLBK, KMAC) wanted to be a part of the live event in both years. This Carizma Cares event will continue through the years.

Social Media.

These social posts typically took around 20 minutes per post (Copy + Graphic Design). In addition we created a Facebook Group Page because they have a much higher activity rate because of the algorithm for FB pages. We offer the members FREE gear, giveaways, sales and events to create attention. This has helped create a sense of community online. We use a business called Quirk to supply all the gear and ship them directly to our customers.

Over 3000 new likes from 2019-2021 on Facebook. Even with Facebook’s algorithm change we were still able to see solid growth.
